About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in building high-quality, user-focused features that directly impact our customers. You will work within a collaborative, remote-first engineering team to solve complex problems and deliver robust, scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy production-ready features across our frontend applications.
• Design and implement reusable components that prioritize both flexibility and practical application.
• Partner closely with our design and backend teams to iterate on prototypes, define API contracts, and troubleshoot technical challenges.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in modern web development and a passion for creating inclusive digital experiences. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Expertise in React and TypeScript, along with advanced proficiency in CSS and CSS-in-JS.
• Familiarity with tools such as React Router, TanStack Query, and various state management libraries.
• A deep understanding of component extensibility, responsive design, and a11y standards.
• Experience or exposure to backend technologies to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Location

This position is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere within the United States.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $145,000 annually, depending on your specific experience and skill set. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and long-term success:
