At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.
This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer to assist in building and strengthening our Identity UI team. GoDaddy is a global product seller to customers from all over the world. The team serves login, account creation, profile, and preferences for all GoDaddy’s customers. The UIs we build are among the first the users see on their customer journey, and help the user keep their profile up to date.
What you'll get to do...
- Collaborate with an outstanding background of engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver the best solutions
- Developing new user-facing features using React
- Optimising load times/performance
- Modernising our UIs
- Writing unit/integration/e2e tests
- Work in a global scrum team
Your experience should include...
- 2+ years of technology experience in a software engineering role and building large-scale distributed applications or solutions
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML
- Understanding of React.js and its principles
- Basic understanding of a11y principles
- Experience working with RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with version control software, Git is helpful
- Plus for experience with AWS, NextJS
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in agile teams
- Experience in testing and deploying code using CI/CD technologies and patterns such as GitHub action workflows, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.
