We are Recruitee, and we build innovative SaaS recruitment software designed to help businesses improve their hiring processes. Our mission is to make high-quality hiring accessible to everyone. We have grown into an international team of over 180 people representing 25 nationalities, with offices in Amsterdam, Poznan, Paris, and Vienna. With more than 4,500 customers globally, we are continuing to scale our platform and are now looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in France.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our engineering teams to solve complex challenges within our application codebase and improve overall scalability.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, error-free solutions that support our core product features.
- Work effectively within a technical environment that utilizes Elixir, Ruby on Rails, Python, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in building scalable software applications.
- A strong background in database management, with a preference for PostgreSQL.
- Practical knowledge of Elasticsearch.
- A deep motivation to work with Elixir, regardless of your previous background in other backend languages.
- Proficiency in both Polish and English, as our development teams communicate primarily in Polish, while our documentation and cross-branch collaboration require English.
- A commitment to writing clean, high-quality code.
