Frontend Developer at Enboarder

Since our founding in Australia in 2015, we have grown into a distributed SaaS company with teams across APAC, EMEA, the United States, and India, and we are looking for a Frontend Developer who shares our passion for thoughtful design and collaborative problem-solving.

What you bring

We are hiring a Mid-Level Frontend Developer to join us on a Full Time basis. In this role you will translate designs into responsive, maintainable interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, React, JavaScript, and Redux. You will work closely with backend engineers and product designers to deliver reliable user experiences, and you will help maintain high standards of code quality across our web applications. The position is open to candidates located Anywhere.

• Build and maintain reusable UI components that follow established React workflows and integrate smoothly with our existing infrastructure.
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teammates to troubleshoot issues, review code, and ensure every release meets our quality bar.
• Write unit and end-to-end tests that increase coverage and keep our codebase robust as the product evolves.

Requirements

You bring two to four years of hands-on experience building production front-end applications and feel confident working with modern JavaScript tooling. You are comfortable writing clean, accessible markup, styling responsive layouts that behave consistently across major browsers, and consuming RESTful APIs with JSON. Familiarity with build tools such as Vite, Babel, or Webpack, as well as version control with Git, is expected. Strong written and verbal communication skills help you explain technical decisions and work effectively with teammates around the globe. An understanding of progressive web applications, web sockets, and authorization patterns like JSON Web Tokens is highly valued, and experience contributing to open-source libraries or using design tools like Figma is a welcome plus.
