The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Front End Software Engineer to join our dedicated Growth team. Your primary mission is to help our new customers see the value of our platform as quickly as possible. You will be a key part of a small, agile group that values rapid iteration and experimentation. This is a hybrid role based in our Surry Hills office, where you will spend two days a week collaborating in person and three days working remotely.

A day in the life

• You will collaborate with the Growth team to design, execute, and iterate on experiments that help us prioritize our product roadmap.
• You will identify the most efficient technical paths to turn ideas into minimum viable tests, ensuring we can validate concepts without unnecessary delays.
• You will build and deploy these tests with a focus on analytics, helping us gather the data needed to make informed, customer-centric decisions.

Who you are

You are an experienced engineer with three to five years of background in full stack development. While our stack relies on TypeScript, React, PHP, and Laravel, we value your ability to learn and adapt above all else. You have spent time in startup or scaleup environments and understand how to work within an autonomous pod. You possess a sharp analytical mind, a degree in Computer Science or a related field, and the ability to distinguish between essential features and nice-to-haves. Please note that you must have full working rights in Australia to be considered for this position.
