Our engineering team has evolved from a small group into a sophisticated organization of over 50 engineers, and we are eager to find someone who values diversity, inclusion, and the power of shared knowledge to help us continue our journey.
About the Role
We are seeking a Front-End Software Engineer to join our Developer Experience Frontend (DXFE) squad on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position where you will play a vital role in supporting our 40 full-stack engineers by maintaining our front-end codebase and design system. You will be instrumental in making the lives of our developers easier while working with a modern, high-performance technical stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve our design system, which includes over 100 components, to ensure consistency across all product features.
- Drive transversal technical projects and large-scale code migrations to keep our platform aligned with modern standards.
- Collaborate with other engineering squads through our decentralized peer review process, pair programming, and active knowledge sharing.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong foundation in software development and a passion for front-end architecture. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in software development, ideally with a background from an engineering school.
- A deep interest in web front-end technologies, including frameworks, tooling, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in algorithms and a proven ability to create intuitive, efficient, and high-quality user interfaces.
- Fluency in English, at a B2 level or equivalent.
- Experience or familiarity with our core stack, including Vue.js, TypeScript, Jest, Storybook, Node, and SCSS.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
We believe in supporting our team members both professionally and personally. Our package includes:
- Flexible working hours to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- Comprehensive medical insurance coverage.
- Support for your home office setup through a dedicated work-from-home stipend.
- The opportunity to work in a fully remote environment.
