As a Senior Front End Mobile Developer, you will play a vital role in our mission by identifying and implementing transformative technology solutions that accelerate our impact across the globe. You will work remotely to bridge the gap between complex educational challenges and innovative digital tools, helping us foster a community of technology enthusiasts who share our vision for a more equitable future.

What you'll be doing

• You will design and deliver high-impact technology products, such as learning portals and classroom data collection tools, in partnership with our network organizations to increase their operational effectiveness.
• You will lead the integration of Generative AI into our existing systems to evolve our workflows and enhance the support we provide to teachers, coaches, and alumni.
• You will build and maintain internal tools that streamline data visualization and communication, while fostering a collaborative community of staff and alumni to share best practices and drive innovation.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in technology and a deep passion for education. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of professional work in the field.
• Extensive expertise in React JS and React Native, including a proven track record of deploying mobile applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Proficiency in REST API integration, specifically with Generative AI tools, and a solid understanding of Cloud Technologies like AWS or Google Cloud.
• Strong technical skills in Git and version control workflows, paired with the ability to design intuitive, accessible user interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a business analyst, gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.
• Fluency in English and a commitment to our mission of expanding educational opportunities.
