What is this role?
We are looking for a Lead Front-End Engineer to join our talented development team. This is a full-time, remote position. We need someone with significant experience who is ready to take ownership of new projects and help us build the products that empower healthcare providers to deliver high-quality care.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with our design and backend teams to build and maintain responsive, high-quality single-page applications using React.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to your fellow developers while contributing to our overall system architecture.
- Optimize the performance of our applications across both desktop and mobile platforms while ensuring our code remains clean, scalable, and well-documented.
What makes you a great fit?
You should have at least four years of professional experience in front-end development and a deep understanding of the modern web stack. We are looking for someone who brings the following skills to the table:
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Experience managing state with Redux and integrating RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
- A sharp eye for design, with the ability to translate Figma mockups into pixel-perfect implementations.
- Familiarity with Storybook for component development and React Native for mobile projects.
- Strong communication skills in English, as you will be working closely with a distributed team.
