About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Front End Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this position, you will be instrumental in building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will collaborate closely with our design, product, and backend teams to develop reusable components and drive technical decisions that improve our overall architecture. As a senior member of the team, you will also play a vital role in mentoring junior developers and advocating for industry-leading front-end practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable front-end features using modern frameworks to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Lead technical initiatives regarding performance optimization, design system refinement, and the evolution of our component libraries.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing while fostering a culture of high-quality, accessible, and well-tested code.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Three to five years of professional experience in front-end development with a focus on modern web applications.
- Strong proficiency in React and Next.js, including experience with server-side rendering and static site generation.
- Deep understanding of CSS, responsive design principles, and component-driven architecture.
- Proven ability to manage application state using tools like Redux or React Context.
- Experience with API integration and working within services-based architectures.
- A commitment to building accessible, high-performance interfaces and a collaborative mindset for working in cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits
