If you are passionate about innovative technology and want to help transform how care is delivered, we would love to have you join our mission-driven team.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Mid-Level Front End Engineer to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid role based out of one of our established hubs in San Francisco, San Diego, Salt Lake City, Chicago, Nashville, or Philadelphia. You will be responsible for developing critical, highly visible user experiences for our new software products, working within a modern technology stack to solve complex problems in the healthcare space.
What will you do?
- Lead the full development lifecycle for consumer-facing applications, including architecture, design, implementation, and testing.
- Partner closely with product managers and designers to transform wireframes and user needs into high-quality technical solutions.
- Collaborate within an Agile environment to build reusable components, perform code reviews, and mentor fellow team members.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of professional software engineering experience, specifically with React and TypeScript. We value candidates who have a strong grasp of modern web technologies and experience building software for regulated industries. You should be comfortable working with tools like gRPC, Twirp, and AWS. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be working across teams to refine requirements and document architectural decisions. Proficiency in English is required to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team.
What's in it for you?
We offer a competitive base salary range of $114,750 to $155,250 USD, depending on your experience and location. Beyond the base pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and long-term success:
- Hybrid work environment.
- Full medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401k retirement plan.
- Life and disability insurance.
- Equity compensation to ensure you share in our growth.
