What you bring

We are searching for a Lead Front-End Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our SaaS platform, working with modern technologies like React, TypeScript, and Redux to build tools that directly impact patient outcomes. This position is open to candidates located in Istanbul.

• You will collaborate with UX designers and backend engineers to build and maintain responsive, high-performance single-page applications.
• You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to your fellow developers to ensure we maintain a high standard of code quality.
• You will take ownership of medium to large projects, guiding them from initial design through to production deployment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least four years of professional experience in front-end development. We value candidates who have a deep understanding of React, TypeScript, and JavaScript, along with practical experience using Redux-toolkit for state management. You should be comfortable integrating RESTful APIs and WebSockets, and you should have a strong eye for detail when translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect implementations. Proficiency with Storybook and familiarity with React Native are highly preferred. Excellent communication skills in English are required, as you will be working closely with a collaborative, agile team.
