We are looking for a Senior Front End Engineer to join our team and help us shape the future of developer documentation. At ReadMe, we help over 5,000 leading startups and tech companies, such as Nvidia and PagerDuty, build beautiful and interactive developer hubs. We are a small, collaborative team that values ownership and creativity, and we want you to help us make our platform feel fast, intuitive, and delightful for the thousands of developers who use it every day.

What you'll be doing

You will build and refine user experiences for new features while reimagining how our existing tools function in a modern environment.
You will work closely with our design and product teams to ensure that every interface is polished, accessible, and provides a high-quality experience for our customers.
You will take ownership of complex frontend projects, guiding them from initial scoping all the way through to final deployment.

What you'll bring

You have extensive experience building and shipping production-grade frontend applications with deep fluency in React and TypeScript.
You possess a strong track record of owning complex UI development, meaning you are comfortable creating functional interfaces rather than just assembling pre-made components.
You have a user-first mindset and a commitment to high standards regarding performance, accessibility, and overall product polish.
You are comfortable collaborating across the stack and working effectively with backend and infrastructure engineers.
You communicate fluently in English.
