Front End Engineer: Enterprise Team Management at Pendo

Our Team Keymaster is specifically responsible for empowering our customers to govern, organize, and personalize their experience at scale. We manage critical infrastructure including user authentication, permissions, and subscription management to ensure our enterprise-grade clients have a secure and seamless experience. We are looking for a mid-level Front End Engineer to join our on-site team in the United States to help us build intuitive, responsive interfaces.

Key outcomes

• Develop maintainable, high-quality code that directly addresses our customers' challenges.
• Create effective solutions for complex and ambiguous technical problems.
• Participate in code reviews to master our internal standards while providing constructive feedback to your peers.
• Implement robust unit and automated testing using Jest and Cypress to ensure code reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with speed and precision.
• Engage actively in team planning sessions, including epic and story grooming, to foster collaborative decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience writing JavaScript.
• Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks such as VueJS or ReactJS.
• Strong foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and API integration.
• Experience with state management libraries like Vuex, Redux, or Flux.
• Familiarity with collaborative development tools including Git, NPM, and GitHub.
• A four-year technical degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a strong focus on teamwork and attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications

• Practical experience with VueJS.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience working with data visualization libraries such as D3 or Highcharts.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $105,000 to $120,000. Final compensation offers are determined based on a variety of factors, including your specific experience, skill set, and internal equity.
