About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Front-End Developer to join us on a full-time, fully remote basis. In this role you will own the user-facing side of our platform, turning product ideas into polished, intuitive interfaces that help our customers succeed. You will work closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver features that feel seamless from the first click.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and ship user-facing features across the homepage, developer dashboard, documentation center, and SDK experiences using our core stack of React, TypeScript, Next.js, GraphQL, Ruby on Rails, Postgres, and AWS.
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to translate customer needs into clear specifications and ship code that improves both the end-user and developer experience.
- Mentor junior engineers, influence engineering culture, and help define processes as our team scales.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience shipping production user-facing features as a front-end or full-stack developer.
- Strong fluency with TypeScript or JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, and GraphQL, plus a track record of delivering high-quality products both at work and in personal projects.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive solutions.
- A genuine interest in learning about the insurance claims industry and building technology that makes a real difference for the people who use it.
- Bonus points for experience with Ruby, Python, or Jest.
