Role at a glance

We are seeking a Mid-Level Front End Developer to join our UI team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States. You will be expected to work onsite 1 to 2 days per week, so you must be located within a two-hour radius of McLean, VA, Richmond, VA, or New York City.

Your impact

Partner with product owners to define user stories and translate them into functional software.
Design and implement maintainable, practical solutions while providing recommendations to evolve our existing codebase.
Develop, test, and refine new features while mentoring junior team members and participating in peer code reviews.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be fluent in English and possess a strong technical foundation in modern web development. We are looking for someone with at least three years of professional software development experience, including the following specific requirements:

Two years of hands-on experience working with Angular.
At least one year of experience using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
One year of experience working within agile methodologies.
Proficiency with our core tech stack, including TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, Sass, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with responsive mobile web development, module bundling tools like Webpack, and Nx tooling for monorepos.
