Decile Group is on a mission to reshape the venture capital landscape, turning it into a force for global good. Our goal is to launch 1,000 next-generation venture capital firms by 2025. As the operators of the world's leading venture capital accelerator and the Decile Hub fund platform, we are actively removing barriers for emerging investors who want to build meaningful early-stage firms. We are looking for a Senior Front-End Designer to join our team and help us build intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for our digital products. This is a full-time, remote position that offers you a front-row seat to the future of venture investing.
Key outcomes
- Develop and maintain design standards, best practices, and comprehensive guidelines.
- Translate business requirements and user feedback into effective, user-centered designs.
- Design interface elements and develop reusable code modules for long-term efficiency.
- Work closely with back-end developers and fellow designers to enhance overall product usability.
- Produce high-quality prototypes and mockups using Figma.
- Apply responsive design principles to ensure a seamless experience across all devices.
- Write clean, high-quality JavaScript to bring our product designs to life.
- Keep pace with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in front-end design and development.
- Expertise in Figma for creating high-fidelity prototypes and mockups.
- A deep understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Extensive hands-on experience with JavaScript and responsive design techniques.
- Practical familiarity with the unique design challenges inherent in SaaS products.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Practical knowledge of Rails.
