What you bring
As our French Marketing Lead, you will join us in a part-time, remote capacity to spearhead our growth initiatives. This mid-level role requires a deep understanding of digital acquisition and a passion for our mission. You will be based anywhere, though we have a preference for candidates located in the EU who can manage a schedule with overlap in the U.S. Central Time Zone. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Scaling our paid social efforts on platforms like Facebook and TikTok to drive user growth.
- Managing and optimizing paid search campaigns on Google and Apple, while exploring new display platforms like DSPs, OTT, and CTV.
- Overseeing the creative pipeline, including influencer partnerships and the development of high-quality user-generated content.
Requirements
We are looking for a native French speaker who is also fluent in English, as you will be responsible for high-level copywriting, translation, and transculturation for our French markets. You should bring at least two years of experience in running paid media campaigns and have a sharp eye for detail. Because we compete with major players in the meditation space, we need someone who values top-notch quality in every communication and campaign. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be negotiating partnerships and building relationships. A background in influencer marketing or existing connections within the Catholic Church in the region is considered a significant advantage.
