The role
We are seeking a French Marketing Lead to join us on a part-time, remote basis. This is a mid-level position ideal for a candidate who is a native French speaker and fluent in English. You will play a central role in shaping our presence in French-speaking markets, working closely with our Europe Marketing Manager to drive growth and connect with our community.
Core responsibilities
- Scale Paid Media: You will take ownership of our paid social efforts on platforms like Facebook and TikTok, while also managing Google and Apple Search campaigns to improve efficiency and reach.
- Drive Channel Diversification: You will explore and test new marketing channels, including display platforms, OTT, and CTV, to find innovative ways to grow our user base.
- Manage Content and Lifecycle Strategy: You will oversee our French social media presence and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns through email, push notifications, and SMS, ensuring all copy is expertly translated and culturally resonant.
Skills and experience
- Native proficiency in French and professional fluency in English.
- At least two years of experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively in both languages.
- A deep passion for our mission and the drive to produce high-quality work that stands out in a competitive market.
- Bonus points for experience with influencer marketing, lifecycle copywriting, or established connections within the Catholic Church in French-speaking regions.
