• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, utilizing our dedicated support teams to handle dispatching, tracking, and booking if you prefer a fully supported model.
• Oversee carrier compliance and load visibility, ensuring that your shippers receive real-time updates and professional service through our integrated customer portal.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior-level logistics professional with an established and loyal book of business.
• Deep expertise in sales, logistics management, and operations within the freight industry.
• Strong proficiency in customer relationship management and a desire to utilize modern technology to optimize business workflows.
• A self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a 1099 contract role.
• Fluency in English to effectively communicate with carriers, customers, and our internal leadership team.
