What you'll be doing

• You will actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored advice on our range of stair renovation products and possibilities.
• You will manage the entire sales process, which includes measuring spaces, recording data in our CRM system, creating accurate quotes, and following up with clients.
• You will ensure long-term customer satisfaction by acting as a problem solver and managing the after-sales process, including documenting project results with photos.

What you'll bring

We are looking for a commercial and self-motivated professional who is comfortable working independently. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to inspire and enthuse others.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, and working with CRM systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of product knowledge.
• Strong computer skills and your own reliable transportation, as well as your own laptop or tablet.
• Residency in the province of Limburg.
