We provide a secure, comprehensive platform that connects people in need of medium-term rentals with quality housing solutions. We are currently looking for a proactive Freelance Field Operations Associate based in Hamburg to join our team and ensure our local portfolio runs perfectly on the ground.
What you'll be doing
- You will manage tenant check-ins and check-outs, which includes documenting the process through photos and detailed handover reports.
- You will act as our primary point of contact on-site by coordinating with cleaners, repair teams, and photographers to ensure apartments are always guest-ready.
- You will perform essential property maintenance, such as basic repairs and inventory checks, while using our internal systems to report your progress.
What you'll bring
- You are based in Hamburg and feel comfortable navigating the city to visit different apartment locations.
- You possess fluency in both German and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with our diverse base of local landlords and international tenants.
- You are a reliable, detail-oriented person who can work independently while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor as the face of our brand.
- You are tech-savvy and confident using your smartphone to capture media and update digital reports.
- Experience in fields like real estate, hospitality, or field operations is considered a valuable asset.
