The role

We are looking for a Junior Freelance Advisor to join our team on a contract basis. This is a remote opportunity that allows you to work from anywhere. You will play a vital role in helping our clients realize their home improvement dreams by acting as the face of our company during client visits. We are looking for someone who is available for at least two days per week to help us deliver the exceptional, personalized service that our brand is known for.

Core responsibilities

• Conduct professional advisory sessions with clients to understand their specific needs and desires for their home interiors.
• Perform accurate on-site measurements and prepare detailed quotations to ensure our custom solutions meet the highest standards.
• Manage the full customer journey, from the initial consultation through to the final after-sales support, ensuring every client feels valued and satisfied.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should be a commercially minded individual with a strong focus on service. We value your ability to solve problems creatively when faced with the unique challenges of custom projects. While previous experience in this field is considered a plus, it is not a strict requirement. You will need to be proficient with computer tools and possess the following:

• Strong communication skills in English.
• A natural ability to identify customer needs and exceed their expectations.
• Reliable access to your own transportation, as well as your own laptop or tablet.
