We are looking for a dedicated Fraud Risk Manager to join our team and help us maintain best-in-class security as we scale.
What you'll be doing
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end fraud risk management cycle, including identifying anomalies, defining risk appetite, developing mitigation controls, and reporting trends to leadership.
- Lead and mentor a team of five anti-fraud investigators while collaborating closely with our Machine Learning engineers to refine our detection models and overall risk assessment strategy.
- Manage relationships with fraud-related vendors and oversee the continuous improvement of our technical anti-fraud engine to ensure our rules and controls remain highly effective.
What you'll bring
- At least 6 years of experience in the anti-fraud sector, with a minimum of 3 years specifically within the B2B space.
- Proven ability to implement anti-fraud controls from the ground up within a fintech or financial institution environment.
- Deep expertise in transactional and behavioral fraud typologies, paired with a strong analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools like PowerBI, with a strong preference for candidates who also possess SQL skills.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in team management.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- A proactive, start-up oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
