The role
We are looking for a Fraud Review Specialist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a mid-level position based in the United States. You will play a vital role in our trust and safety efforts by manually reviewing orders flagged by our fraud detection systems to ensure that legitimate fans can successfully access their tickets. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving complex transaction issues and will work closely with our internal departments to maintain a secure and positive experience for our users.
Core responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve ticket purchasing issues related to fraud, including the manual review of orders declined by our fraud provider to identify and correct false positives.
- Collaborate with our Fan Happiness and Ticketing Operations teams to facilitate ticket purchases and communicate directly with fans regarding escalated, unrecognized transactions.
- Document our fraud detection processes and policies while identifying the root causes of wrongful cancellations to improve our overall procurement strategy.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A highly detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage varying workloads and meet deadlines.
- Experience with fraud detection practices and familiarity with iOS platforms.
Compensation and benefits
