Operating in over 170 cities and 10 markets, we provide our users with seamless access to taxis, public transport, private hire vehicles, e-bikes, e-scooters, and car sharing. Our mission is to make urban travel more sustainable and efficient by aggregating various mobility brands into one platform. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our growing Fraud and Risk team, where you will have the chance to innovate and collaborate across our diverse, international organization.
What you'll be doing
- You will monitor and evaluate passenger, driver, and transaction activity using our specialized investigation tools to ensure platform security.
- You will proactively identify emerging fraud trends and translate complex data into actionable patterns that help us strengthen our prevention strategies.
- You will work closely with our Data, Product, and Fintech departments to refine our processes and provide expert support to your fellow team members during investigations.
What you'll bring
To thrive in this role, you should have a solid foundation in fraud prevention and a passion for analytical problem solving. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a field such as finance or criminal justice.
- Two to three years of professional experience specifically in financial crime investigation or fraud detection.
- Strong logical reasoning skills and a deep understanding of standard fraud prevention terminology and processes.
- Proficiency in SQL is considered a significant advantage for extracting and analyzing data.
- Fluency in English to effectively communicate within our international team.
