About the Role

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Implementation Manager to join our Professional Services team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to our largest customers, guiding them through the onboarding process to ensure they successfully adopt our platform and achieve their financial planning goals. You will report directly to the Head of Professional Services and play a key role in refining our services while helping finance professionals transform their operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring rapid time-to-value and high satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects by communicating clear project plans, statuses, risks, and next steps to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Configure systems to align with specific customer requirements and facilitate a smooth transition to our Customer Success Engineering team for ongoing support.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in financial systems and project management. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in implementation or onboarding management, specifically within analytical solutions like FP&A, data analytics, or business intelligence.
• Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis, including the creation of advanced financial models and experience with finance transformation.
• Proficiency in tools such as Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion, Tableau, Power BI, and various ERP systems like NetSuite.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.

Location

This is a hybrid position based in the United States. Please note that this role requires working onsite at our New York office from Tuesday through Thursday each week.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 USD. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our team members, including:
