About the Role
We are looking for a Founding Technical Lead to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a high-impact, senior-level position where your contributions will directly influence our product strategy, company culture, and long-term technical direction. As a core member of our engineering team, you will build, iterate, and scale our SaaS platform to ensure our users have a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop our SaaS product using a modern stack including ReactJS, TypeScript, Node, CubeJS, and Postgres.
- Lead technical initiatives by identifying opportunities for improvement and executing rapid product iterations.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to prioritize features while ensuring architectural integrity and high-quality code.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong background in software engineering and a passion for building scalable solutions. Our ideal candidate possesses the following:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in building and scaling complex web applications.
- Deep technical mastery of ReactJS, TypeScript, Node, and Postgres.
- A proven track record of taking initiative and delivering high-quality, user-centric software in a fast-paced environment.
- While not required, experience with Snowflake, dbt, HR Tech, or SaaS product development is considered a significant plus.
