What you bring

As our Founding Technical Lead, you will serve as a senior member of our engineering team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product, culture, and technical direction as we scale our SaaS offerings. This position is open to candidates based anywhere.

• Design and develop a scalable SaaS product utilizing ReactJS, TypeScript, Node, CubeJS, and Postgres.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, architecture, and system design while driving quick product iterations.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to prioritize features and mentor junior engineers to foster their professional growth.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in building and scaling web applications. You should possess deep technical mastery of ReactJS, TypeScript, Node, and Postgres. A strong focus on quality is essential, as we value clean, extensible code and user-centric design. We appreciate candidates who are action-oriented and have a proven track record of making significant contributions in fast-paced environments. While not required, experience with Snowflake, dbt, or the HR Tech domain is highly beneficial. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate a high level of intellectual curiosity, humility, and a strong ownership mindset.
