Are you ready to build something from the ground up and help shape the future of a growing company? We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Founding Product Manager. We are an early-stage company focused on solving complex engineering challenges, and we need a strategic thinker to help us define our path forward.
What you bring
As a Senior member of our team, you will work in a Full Time capacity within a Hybrid environment based in the United States. You will be responsible for guiding our product vision, managing the entire development lifecycle, and collaborating with our engineering and go-to-market teams to drive success. Your core responsibilities include:
- Leading the vision, strategy, and execution of our product to ensure our daily tactics support our long-term goals.
- Managing the full product development lifecycle from the initial idea through to the final launch.
- Conducting deep market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and expand our value to customers.
Requirements
We are searching for someone with at least 5 years of experience as a product manager, specifically within the B2B SaaS space. You should have a strong grasp of product prioritization frameworks and a history of delivering products that provide real value. We value candidates who have experience in early-stage startups, as this role requires someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure in a fast-paced environment. You must be fluent in English and possess a growth mindset, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively without creating bottlenecks.
