Founding Product Manager at Voodoo

Our portfolio is home to hits like Mob Control and Block Jam, as well as the social phenomenon BeReal. At BeReal, we are building a space for authentic connections where users share unfiltered moments. We are a growing team of over 30 people serving 40 million monthly active users, and we are now looking for a leader to help us scale into an iconic social network.

The opportunity

We are looking for a Founding Product Manager to join our high-performing team. You will report directly to the CEO and work at the intersection of engineering, design, data science, and operations. This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy and wants to take full ownership of the product lifecycle. You will identify new opportunities, craft high-impact solutions, and drive the implementation of features that define the future of our platform.

A day in the life

• Collaborate closely with a small, agile team of engineers and designers to build, test, and scale features that make a real difference for our users.
• Use a mix of user research and analytics to uncover what drives our community, spark new ideas, and guide continuous product improvements.
• Shape our company trajectory by contributing to high-level strategic decisions and defining both our short-term and long-term product roadmaps.

Who you are

You are a senior professional with a deep passion for B2C mobile applications and a history of creating products that resonate with people. You approach your work with a highly analytical mindset, meaning you obsess over metrics and rely on data to test your hypotheses. You are comfortable jumping between tasks, whether that means hacking together a quick prototype or articulating a long-term vision for the product. You have a natural eye for design, including proficiency in Figma, and you are fluent in both French and English.
