About the Role
We are hiring a Founding Product Designer for a full-time position. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the look and feel of our product, ensuring that our interface is as intuitive as it is powerful. You will play a critical part in translating our vision into a polished experience that resonates with our growing community of creators.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality UI and UX designs, moving from initial wireframes to fully polished interfaces.
- Work in lockstep with our product managers, engineers, and creative team to refine features and bring them to life.
- Lead user research and usability testing initiatives to gather feedback that informs our design iterations.
Requirements
We are looking for a Senior level designer who brings a blend of technical skill and creative vision. You should have at least three years of experience in UI and UX design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create user-centered, visually stunning work. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience designing social applications, creative tools, or other highly interactive experiences. You should be proficient in modern design tools and possess a keen eye for detail. If you have experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, that is a significant advantage. We also value candidates who are active on social media and enjoy expressing their own creativity online.
Location
This is an on-site role based at our headquarters in Palo Alto, United States.
Compensation and Benefits
