We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Founding GTM Engineer. We focus on building sophisticated revenue systems that empower our frontline teams, and we are looking for someone who is ready to take ownership of our growth infrastructure from the ground up. What is this role?

This is a Senior level, Full Time position that can be performed Remotely from anywhere. As our Founding GTM Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of our growth strategy. You will own the systems, automations, and data flows that directly influence our sales pipeline and customer success outcomes. Your work will bridge the gap between technical architecture and revenue generation, ensuring our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams have the tools they need to succeed.

What will you do?

• Take full ownership of our pipeline generation systems, ensuring that every part of the process is measurable, repeatable, and optimized for growth.
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows that automate buyer intent signals, lead routing, and personalized engagement to increase seller efficiency.
• Audit and map the entire prospect-to-customer journey to eliminate data silos, fix bottlenecks, and maintain a single source of truth across our entire tech stack.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in Engineering, Growth, and Sales operations. You are comfortable working with modern GTM tools and have deep experience with platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce. You excel at Data Analysis and Workflow Design, and you are always looking for ways to use AI and Automation to solve complex business problems. We value candidates who can think strategically about system architecture while remaining focused on the practical outcomes of pipeline growth and revenue expansion. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
