About the Role
We are searching for a Founding Full Stack Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. Reporting directly to our Head of Engineering, you will serve as a cornerstone of our technical organization. This is a remote position where you will lead critical system rewrites, architect scalable foundations for our AI platform, and establish the engineering standards that will define our culture for years to come. You will bridge the gap between our product vision and technical execution while mentoring our global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural transformation of our systems to create a highly scalable foundation for our AI-first product.
- Design and build advanced systems for our LLM-based AI leasing agent, including intelligent configuration interfaces and robust integration frameworks.
- Develop self-serve onboarding experiences and analytics infrastructure to drive customer growth and measure AI performance.
Requirements
We are looking for an executive-level engineer who brings a balance of technical innovation and pragmatic delivery. Your background should include:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in full stack software development.
- Deep expertise in React and TypeScript for frontend development, alongside Node.js and Python for backend systems.
- Proven experience building production-grade systems, with specific knowledge of API development, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture.
- Experience working with LLMs or AI systems at scale is highly valued.
- A history of mentoring engineers and establishing best practices within a team.
- Comfort with the ambiguity of a startup environment and the ability to communicate effectively across time zones.
Location
This role is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
