Founding Enterprise Business Development Representative at Euclid Power

Are you ready to help shape how the world moves toward cleaner energy? At Euclid we build software that lets renewable energy teams finish critical work in days instead of weeks, and we’re looking for a founding Enterprise Business Development Representative to join us in that mission.

What you bring

We need a senior professional who will work full time in a remote capacity, focusing on sales, business development, renewable energy, outbound prospecting, CRM, research, and pipeline management. In this role you will generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting, conduct thorough research to identify and qualify leads while creating account outreach plans with Account Executives and senior leadership, and maintain accurate records of all activities in our CRM. The position is open to candidates located anywhere.

Requirements

You bring one to two years of experience in an enterprise BDR or SDR role selling SaaS and a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets. You demonstrate the ability to break into enterprise accounts, engage senior decision makers, and navigate complex buying processes that include multi-threading and stakeholder mapping. You are a self starter with a hunter mentality, highly organized in managing outreach and follow ups, and skilled at uncovering customer challenges through thoughtful questioning. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, and experience in renewable energy or adjacent industries such as investment is viewed as a plus. We value candidates who communicate in English and who thrive when given ownership over results.

What we offer

The on target earnings for this role range from $100,000 to $120,000, including a base salary of $60,000 to $80,000 plus variable commission.
