About the Role

We are hiring a Founding Engineer for a full-time, on-site position. This is an intense role that requires working directly with our CEO in Arlington, Virginia. Because we are in the early stages of building our company, this role demands significant time and dedication. It is designed for someone who is truly passionate about the startup experience and wants to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the CEO to develop and execute our core product vision.
• Drive the backend development of our entity resolution technology to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Take full ownership of complex technical challenges without the need for constant supervision.

Requirements

• You are a senior-level software engineer who consistently ranks in the top 10% of your peers.
• You possess a strong background in backend development and software engineering.
• You hold a solid educational foundation in a field like Computer Science.
• You have an extreme bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• You are a clear, succinct communicator who thinks in first principles.
• You are highly entrepreneurial and have a deep-seated desire to help found a company.

Location

This role is based on-site in Arlington, Virginia.
