We are Scribe, a Series B, product-led growth startup based in San Francisco. Our mission is to unleash and up-level the world’s know-how by automatically creating step-by-step guides for any process. With over 1 million users across 100 countries and $55 million in funding, we are scaling rapidly. We are looking for a Founding Community Marketer to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a senior-level role for someone who is passionate about building community and wants to help us nurture our growing base of raving fans.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive community strategy that directly supports our ambitious business goals and user growth targets.
- Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators to measure community engagement and growth across social media, email, and dedicated platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our marketing, product, and growth teams to ensure community insights are integrated into our broader organizational strategy.
Requirements
- Four to six years of experience in marketing, social media, or community management within the B2B SaaS space, with preference for those familiar with horizontal productivity tools.
- One to two years of experience managing direct reports and leading teams.
- One to two years of specific experience building or managing a community for a B2B organization.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, leadership, and an empathetic approach to building relationships.
- Prior experience using Scribe is required, as we are looking for someone who understands our product and our community of fans.
What we offer
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $160,000 USD, plus equity. In addition to compensation, we provide the following perks:
