The opportunity
Our users are passionate, and they are already out there spreading the word about Scribe on their own. We are looking for a Founding Community Marketer to take that organic energy and turn it into a thriving, structured community experience. You will be the architect of our community strategy, helping us reach our goal of tripling our user base by the end of the year. This is a senior role for someone who loves to think strategically about long-term growth while remaining scrappy enough to execute on zero-to-one projects. You will act as the voice of our users within the company, ensuring our raving fans feel seen, heard, and deeply appreciated.
A day in the life
- You will design and execute a comprehensive community strategy that directly supports our ambitious business objectives and growth targets.
- You will collaborate across marketing, product, and growth teams to integrate community insights into our broader roadmap and represent the community's voice in key internal discussions.
- You will lead and mentor junior specialists, providing the strategic guidance they need to grow while you monitor and report on community sentiment to drive actionable improvements.
Who you are
You are a digitally extroverted leader who views community building as a core part of your DNA. You have 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing or community roles within B2B SaaS, and you have spent at least 1 to 2 years managing direct reports. You are a strategic thinker who is comfortable navigating both the 10,000-foot view and the day-to-day tactical execution. Most importantly, you are a fan of Scribe who understands the value of our tool firsthand. You communicate fluently in English and are ready to take full ownership of your projects in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.
