We are building the future of the equipment rental and dealer industry at Moab. While the construction, agriculture, and logistics sectors move trillions of dollars, they are still relying on software built decades ago. We are changing that with our all-in-one platform, and we have already seen massive growth without a dedicated sales team. Now, we are looking for our first Founding Account Executive to help us scale and define our sales strategy from the ground up.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, senior-level position based on-site in the United States. You will report directly to our CEO and play a pivotal role in shaping how we bring our software to market. We are looking for someone who thrives in an early-stage environment and is ready to take ownership of our sales funnel.
Your impact
- Own the full sales cycle by taking qualified leads from initial discovery all the way through to contract execution and final payment.
- Build and manage your pipeline by identifying companies that fit our ideal customer profile and executing a targeted, one-to-one outreach strategy.
- Collaborate across the company by sharing direct customer feedback with our product and marketing teams to refine our sales materials and overall strategy.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of experience in sales at an early-stage company, specifically with a track record of closing software or SaaS deals.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles that typically last between 3 and 9 months.
- A resourceful, problem-solving mindset and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and proficiency with modern CRM tools.
- A deep commitment to consistent execution and a passion for building processes in a fast-paced environment.
