What you bring

As our Founder’s Associate Intern for Product Development, you will serve as a vital partner to our VP of Engineering, helping to streamline operations and drive our product department forward. This is a full-time role based in Germany, and you will be working in a hybrid capacity. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating directly with leadership on project management, OKR setting, and high-level reporting.
• Preparing business-critical presentations for our founders, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Conducting deep-dive analyses into product usage, AI automation opportunities, and cost optimization to provide actionable insights.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly structured individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, such as top-tier consulting, venture capital, or high-growth startups. You should possess strong technical proficiency in Excel, Figma, and PPT, alongside a keen interest in AI automation and workflow tools. Experience with analytics platforms like Looker Studio is essential for this position. You must be fluent in English, demonstrate a high level of integrity, and be prepared to commit to this internship for a duration of 6 months.
