What you'll be doing

• You will collaborate across our engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to build new products and solve complex, ambiguous challenges.
• You will own the full development lifecycle, from planning and leading independent projects to working collaboratively on large-scale initiatives across the entire stack.
• You will build and maintain high-quality, accessible user interfaces and backend systems for our core platforms, including our event management tools, learning guides, and innovative onchain primitives like Packs.

What you'll bring

We are looking for a mid-level engineer who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. You should be fluent in English and possess the following qualifications:

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience building robust software systems and products.
• Strong proficiency in the full stack, specifically TypeScript, Node.js, Express, Apollo, GraphQL, React, and Tailwind.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases like MySQL or Postgres, along with familiarity using Google Cloud.
• A proactive mindset that prioritizes shipping early and often, combined with the ability to simplify complex problems.
• A genuine interest in traveling internationally to provide technical support at our physical hackathons.
