We are currently looking for someone to work on-site in San Francisco to join our leading AI client and lead the expansion of their engineering team.
What you'll be doing
- You will act as a direct extension of our brand and our client's brand to identify and secure top-tier talent that drives meaningful growth.
- You will serve as a strategic business partner to founders, helping them build robust recruitment infrastructure while simultaneously delivering high-quality hires.
- You will leverage our AI tools to enhance your recruiting velocity and productivity, applying your own analytical mindset to the hiring process.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and traits:
- Significant experience recruiting engineering talent at the highest level, preferably within AI or product-focused environments.
- A proven background in building teams from the ground up, ideally in a founding or early-stage recruiter capacity.
- A data-driven and analytical approach to your work, paired with the ability to communicate strategy clearly to stakeholders.
- Comfort working within nascent, rapidly changing environments where you can operate independently.
- Strong opinions on the integration of AI in hiring and a willingness to lean into new technology to boost your results.
- A conscientious, hardworking, and driven personality.
- Fluency in English.
