The role

We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. Based out of our headquarters in the Jackson Square neighborhood of San Francisco, you will work directly alongside our founding team. This is a pivotal role for someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments and is passionate about applying cutting-edge technology to solve real-world problems.

Core responsibilities

• Partner with customers to identify their unique automation needs and build customized solutions that deliver immediate value.
• Manage the full deployment lifecycle, covering everything from initial project scoping and implementation to long-term support and system optimization.
• Serve as a bridge between our clients and our internal engineering team to resolve technical challenges and influence our product roadmap based on direct user feedback.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in software engineering, systems integration, or a related technical field. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:

• A proven ability to thrive in customer-facing positions while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
• A hands-on approach and a genuine love for building in applied settings to drive real-world success.
• Proficiency in English to effectively communicate and collaborate with our team and clients.
