We are backed by world-class investors, including Mike Volpi at Index Ventures, and we are currently looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis at our headquarters in the Jackson Square neighborhood of San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with our customers to identify their specific automation needs and design tailored solutions that fit their unique workflows.
- Manage the entire deployment lifecycle, which includes initial scoping, implementation, and the ongoing optimization of our technology.
- Serve as a bridge between our clients and our internal engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and influence our product roadmap based on real-world feedback.
Requirements
- A robust technical background with proven experience in software engineering, systems integration, or related technical disciplines.
- A passion for working in customer-facing environments where you can build strong relationships with stakeholders at every level.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to explain intricate technical details to a variety of audiences.
