Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States. You will be a vital part of our early-stage team, working directly with customers to ensure they get the most out of our platform as we continue to scale.

Your impact

• Lead the technical execution of high-priority post-sales engagements and proof-of-concept projects to ensure our customers succeed with our AI applications.
• Create technical guides and onboarding materials while advising users on the best ways to integrate and deploy our platform using your expertise in LLMs.
• Collaborate closely with our internal engineering team to translate customer feedback into new feature development and product improvements.

What you'll need

• A solid technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Excellent technical communication skills, allowing you to explain complex solutions to customers and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can work independently or as part of a small, agile team.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior experience leading customer-facing technical engagements and familiarity with building or evaluating LLM applications are considered significant advantages.
