We are looking for a senior forward deployed engineer to help enterprise customers adopt our AI-native platform that protects brands from phishing, impersonation, and other social engineering threats.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise client onboarding and ensure smooth platform adoption at scale.
- Coordinate the full development lifecycle of third-party integrations and SIEM connections.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SSO and authentication issues using SAML, OAuth, and related protocols.
- Enable webhook and API integrations for both internal teams and external customers.
- Identify scaling limits and proactively expand customer usage of the platform.
- Manage four to five parallel integration projects, setting deadlines and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders in multiple time zones.
- Bridge technical and non-technical teams by translating requirements and building applications on top of our webhook platform.
- Own product adoption metrics, create dashboards to track API and webhook usage, and document onboarding best practices.
Must-haves
- Senior-level experience in engineering with strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with API integration, SSO, SAML, and OAuth.
- Proven project management skills across multiple parties and time zones.
- Strong customer-facing presence and a resilient, troubleshooting mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to query data and build dashboards.
- Fluency in English.
