What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will be based out of our headquarters in the Jackson Square neighborhood of San Francisco, working directly alongside our founding team to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge technology and our customers' real-world needs.

What will you do?

• Partner with customers to identify their specific automation goals and create tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements.
• Manage the entire deployment lifecycle, which includes everything from initial project scoping and implementation to long-term optimization and support.
• Collaborate with our internal engineering groups to resolve technical challenges and influence our product roadmap by sharing valuable customer feedback.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have a strong technical foundation in software engineering, systems integration, or a related field. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing environment and is skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders. You should be a natural problem solver who can explain complex technical ideas to people without a technical background. Most importantly, you are someone who is eager to get your hands dirty and loves building in applied settings to drive real-world success. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
