About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be a key player in our mission to automate complex workflows. You will work directly with our founding team at our headquarters in San Francisco to deploy our AI technology, ensuring that our solutions integrate perfectly with customer systems to solve their specific automation challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to identify their unique automation needs and build tailored technical solutions.
• Manage the entire deployment lifecycle, which includes initial scoping, implementation, and long-term optimization.
• Collaborate with our internal engineering team to resolve technical hurdles and refine our product based on real-world user feedback.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should possess a strong foundation in software engineering and systems integration. We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience in software engineering or a related technical field.
• A proven ability to excel in customer-facing roles while building strong relationships with various stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical ideas to people without a technical background.
• A hands-on approach and a passion for building in applied settings to drive real-world success.
