About the Role

We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Singapore. This is a unique, hybrid role that balances client-facing technical leadership with core platform engineering. You will serve as a primary technical partner for our customers, helping them navigate the digital asset landscape while directly influencing our product roadmap based on your real-world experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for our strategic clients, providing guidance during the sales process and leading the end-to-end integration of our solutions.
• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation and product demos that showcase our platform's capabilities to prospective and existing customers.
• Contribute directly to our core platform by building scalable, well-tested code and translating complex client needs into actionable product features.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background and a passion for client success. Please note that this position requires professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin, and you must currently reside in Singapore with legal authorization to work there.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, specifically building cloud-based applications and services.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, NodeJS, and React, with additional experience in Python being a significant advantage.
• Strong familiarity with AWS infrastructure, GitHub CI/CD workflows, and Datadog for monitoring.
• Proven experience working with various cloud storage solutions and designing scalable, resilient APIs.
• A background in client-facing roles where you have interfaced directly with technical and business stakeholders.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

This role is based on-site in Singapore.
