Our technology processes billions of events every day, effectively safeguarding millions of users from scams, spam, and various forms of abuse. We currently partner with major Fortune 500 companies and prominent tech unicorns, and we are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team in San Francisco. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a critical part in integrating our product into customer environments to address high-stakes challenges at scale.

Key outcomes

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end integration strategy for our enterprise clients.
• Collaborate closely with customers to identify their unique needs and develop effective strategies using our platform.
• Design and implement GenAI-powered agentic workflows and automation capable of handling events at a massive scale.
• Act as the primary technical partner and ongoing point of contact for our user base.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in GenAI and proven experience working with LLM-based solutions.
• Advanced programming skills with proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on working effectively within a collaborative team.
• A self-directed mindset and the ability to thrive in environments characterized by ambiguity.
• Professional fluency in English.
