The opportunity

You will work side-by-side with our Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining and service areas. Your primary goal is to ensure that every guest interaction is seamless and delightful. By focusing on service excellence and finding creative ways to enhance the department's performance, you will play a vital role in the continued success and reputation of our hotel.

A day in the life

• You will lead the team during service, ensuring that every guest receives attentive and high-quality care from the moment they arrive until they depart.
• You will manage the daily flow of the food and beverage department, which includes taking on duty manager shifts to keep operations running smoothly.
• You will actively look for opportunities to improve our service standards and boost department performance through thoughtful up-selling and guest engagement.
